Snipdex: Export WhatsApp Contacts & Groups to Excel

Have a 200-member WhatsApp group, a list of customer chats, or a WhatsApp Business label and need the list in Excel or your phone's Contacts app? Snipdex Export WA prepares your file in 3 simple steps right inside WhatsApp Web. HOW IT WORKS IN 3 STEPS 1. Choose your sources: select saved contacts, one or more WhatsApp groups, active chats, or Business labels. 2. Review the preview: inspect extracted phone numbers, automatically merge duplicates across groups, filter by source or country code, and deselect any rows you don't need. 3. Export your way: choose your columns and download the file in the format that fits your workflow. EXPORT FORMATS & TOOLS • Excel (.xlsx) & CSV (.csv): clean spreadsheet with customizable columns (formatted phone number, display name, saved status, source groups/labels). • vCard (.vcf) & Google Contacts: ready-to-import contact file for iPhone Contacts, Android Contacts, or Google Contacts. • Save a conversation (.html): save an offline-readable HTML copy of the currently loaded chat, including visible photos. Documents are listed by name, not embedded. • Message your contacts: prepare a message template and open recipient chats one by one in WhatsApp Web. You always confirm and press Send manually in WhatsApp Web (no automated background sending). TRANSPARENCY ON WHATSAPP WEB LIMITATIONS Snipdex only reads data exposed by your active WhatsApp Web session. In some groups or communities, WhatsApp Web may hide certain phone numbers or admin roles: the preview summary clearly separates total records read from usable phone numbers before you export. PRIVACY: 100% LOCAL PROCESSING ON YOUR DEVICE Contacts and chats are processed on your device and are not uploaded to Snipdex servers. PRO license checks communicate with Lemon Squeezy. From version 1.0.9, you can optionally enable predefined export, Free limit and PRO/checkout opening events in Settings, sent to Snipdex through Cloudflare. This is off by default and can be revoked. Events contain no contacts, messages, files, keys, visited URLs or personal/installation identifiers. Cloudflare receives technical connection data. We store only daily totals, with no individual histories.
