The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Smart Break Reminder: ClearPause
Smart Break Reminders to protect your eyes - this extension automates the 20-20-20 rule for protecting your eyesight from screen usage.
It will run a timer in the background, and when it runs out will remind you to take a break and look 20 feet away for 20 seconds, while blurring out the browser.
