About SixthScoop Speaker Autofill
Stop retyping your clients' bios.
If you place speakers at conferences, you fill in the same details for every client, again and again: their bio at three different lengths, the talk abstract, their job title, who the session is for, why they are the right person to give it.
SixthScoop Speaker Autofill does it for you. Open a call-for-speakers form, click once, and your client's details are in — drawn from the speaker profile you already keep for them in SixthScoop.
How it works
1. Pair your browser with your SixthScoop agency once, using a code from Agency Settings → Extension. Then pick which client you are filling for, right in the extension.
2. Open a speaker application form and click Auto-fill application.
3. Review what was filled, submit, and confirm any profile updates worth keeping. SixthScoop can then move the event to Application Submitted in that client's pipeline.
What makes it careful
• It picks the right bio. A 150-character field gets the short bio, not the long one cut off mid-sentence.
• It never overwrites your work. Anything already typed into the form is left exactly as it is.
• It knows what not to touch. Passwords, payment details and date of birth are never filled, described, or stored. Hidden anti-spam fields are left empty, so the application is never flagged as a bot submission.
• It asks before it learns. When you rewrite something it filled, it offers to update the client's profile — and saves nothing unless you tick the box. One-off answers specific to a single event are never learned.
• It only runs when you ask. The extension reads nothing until you click Fill, on the tab you are looking at.
• It attaches the headshot, and nothing else. When a form asks for a photo of the speaker, it attaches the headshot chosen for them. Any other upload — a CV, a deck, an ID — is left for you, and it never reads files from your computer.
• It handles forms that ask one question at a time. On those it keeps filling as you move through, and shows a Stop button for as long as it is running. It never presses Next or Submit — you stay in control of what gets sent.
You will need
A SixthScoop agency account. The extension reads the speaker profiles of your agency's clients and does nothing without a paired account.
