The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Site Audit Snap
Audit any website across 52 key areas and generate a clear report that is ready to share with a client or use for quality assurance.
Site Audit Snap is designed for freelancers, designers, developers, and agencies that provide web services. Open a potential client’s website, start the audit, and within seconds get a diagnosis showing what is working properly, what could be improved, and which opportunities should be addressed first.
WHAT IT CHECKS
Search visibility: titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, and structured information that helps search engines understand the content.
Mobile experience: screen adaptation, overflowing content, control sizes, and form configuration.
Speed: loading time, visual stability, images, render-blocking resources, and page complexity.
Link sharing preview: how the page is configured to appear when shared on WhatsApp, Facebook, X, and other compatible platforms.
Security: encrypted connections, secure forms, and resources loaded through insecure connections.
Accessibility: contrast, image descriptions, forms, keyboard navigation, and interactive controls.
Visual consistency: the number of typefaces, text sizes, and colors used throughout the site.
AUDIT UP TO 20 PAGES FROM THE SAME WEBSITE
In addition to the page currently open, Site Audit Snap can review up to 20 pages from the same domain.
The extension prioritizes pages linked from the main navigation, excludes routes such as shopping carts, admin areas, and legal notices, and selects a sample when it finds groups of similar pages, such as blog posts or product pages.
By reviewing multiple pages, it can detect issues that may not appear in a single-page audit, such as repeated titles or descriptions, links that lead to missing pages, and inconsistent configurations across sections.
PRIORITIZES THE MOST IMPORTANT OPPORTUNITIES
Related findings are grouped by common cause and ranked according to their impact. Instead of presenting a long list of isolated observations, the report starts with the five opportunities that should be addressed first.
Each opportunity explains:
What was found.
Why it may affect the website.
How many findings it includes.
The level of effort that may be required to fix it.
A REPORT YOUR CLIENT CAN UNDERSTAND
Results are presented in clear, non-technical language.
Instead of showing only a technical message such as “missing alternative attributes,” the report explains:
“3 out of 5 images do not have descriptions. Search engines cannot properly understand what they show, and people who use assistive technologies do not receive that information either.”
The report can be viewed in Spanish or English and exported as a PDF through the browser.
LOCAL AND PRIVATE ANALYSIS
Audit content and results are processed locally in the browser.
No account or registration is required. The extension does not send the audited pages, their content, or the resulting findings to external servers.
When installed, it does not request permanent access to all websites. The access required to review multiple pages is requested only when the user starts a full-site audit and is limited to the selected domain.
LIMITATIONS
It does not follow subdomains. For example, blog.example.com is treated as a different site from www.example.com.
Some speed metrics cannot be measured on pages processed in the background. Those cases are identified separately and do not reduce the score.
Contrast over photographs or background images cannot always be measured accurately. Those cases are shown as not verifiable.
