About Siper Flow Edge for Chrome
Siper Browser Guard helps you keep personal and business data out of AI prompts.
Before you submit text or upload a file on supported AI web apps, the extension scans for sensitive patterns and masks them—or asks for confirmation—so secrets don’t leave your browser unnoticed.
Supported sites
• ChatGPT (chatgpt.com)
• Claude (claude.ai)
• Gemini (gemini.google.com)
How it works
• Lite (default): runs entirely in your browser. No prompt content is sent to Siper for scanning.
• Enterprise (optional): connect your own Siper Flow base URL and API key. Inspection runs on your network. If Flow is configured but unreachable, submit is blocked (fail-closed).
What Lite can detect (examples)
• Email addresses
• Turkish national ID (T.C. kimlik) with checksum checks
• Credit card numbers
• Turkish phone numbers and IBANs
• IP and MAC addresses
• Context-aware passport, tax ID (VKN), vehicle plate, and birth date patterns
• API / token patterns (e.g. OpenAI, GitHub, Slack-style keys)
You can turn detectors on or off and add custom regex rules in the toolbar popup.
Files
Uploaded text files are scanned but never rewritten. If risks are found, you see a consent dialog and can cancel or continue.
Privacy
• Free to use—no license key required
• On first install you may register an email with Siper (registration only; prompt contents are never sent there)
• Lite scanning stays local
• Enterprise sends inspect text only to the Flow URL you configure
Siper Browser Guard is built for teams and individuals who use AI tools and need a simple, visible safety layer before data leaves the page.
