SideQuest STR

SideQuest STR is a deal-underwriting workspace for short-term-rental investors. Open a supported Zillow or Redfin property page, select the SideQuest STR extension, verify the captured property details, and send the deal to your private dashboard. SideQuest calculates cash-on-cash return, DSCR, cap rate, break-even occupancy, cash flow, and total cash required using assumptions you control. Bring your own evidence. Add Airbnb listings you personally review as comps, enter ADR and occupancy manually, or import a reusable CSV/JSON assumption profile from your PMS, market research, lender model, or operating history. SideQuest preserves source labels and observation dates so you can distinguish sourced inputs from estimates. Use SideQuest STR to: • Capture Zillow and Redfin property facts without retyping them • Compare conservative, expected, and aggressive assumptions • Add personally selected Airbnb comps for ADR and occupancy context • Import your own market, expense, and financing inputs • Save a private pipeline of deals • Export a lender-friendly Excel underwriting workbook SideQuest STR performs deterministic calculations from the information you provide. It does not supply investment, tax, lending, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listing content or user-supplied assumptions.
