The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Side Bar

Description: Side Bar on your favorite pages for your favorite pages. Click + to add the current page to the list. Click the extension icon to toggle Side Bar on or off. You can even clear all favorites at once from the same popup menu. This is adding a desirable feature that isn't currently available by default. No need to run out of space in the bookmarks bar. Enjoy.
