ShopOps stores your business records in Google Drive and Google Sheets files owned by you. Key features: • Inventory management Add products, track quantities, purchase prices, MRP, selling prices, GST, SKU, categories, brands and low-stock levels. • Fast sales entry Record daily sales with product details, quantity, sold price, GST and automatically calculated profit. • Expense tracking Log shop expenses and payment modes to understand operating costs. • Reports View daily, weekly, monthly and custom date-range sales and expense summaries. • Multiple shops Maintain separate records for multiple shops within one business workspace and switch between active locations. • Audit history Track important create, update and delete actions for better visibility and trust. • Import and export Import inventory from CSV or XLSX files and export records for backup or migration. • Spreadsheet safeguards ShopOps creates structured spreadsheets, warning banners, protected metadata sections, schema checks and repair tools to help prevent accidental damage. Your data stays with you: • ShopOps stores business records in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets. • ShopOps does not use a separate hosted business-data backend in the current release. • ShopOps does not sell your data or use it for advertising. • You can delete your ShopOps workspace from Google Drive at any time. Google account access: ShopOps uses Google sign-in and requests access only to files created or used with ShopOps. A Google account is required to create and manage your workspace.
