The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About ShalaPro Browser Assistant

ShalaPro Browser Assistant is the secure Chrome companion for the ShalaPro Windows application. It provides a side-panel connection between Chrome and the locally installed ShalaPro desktop application. Authorized users can check whether ShalaPro is running, signed in, connected to a school, entitled to Browser Assistant features, and using a compatible version. Security and control: - Communicates with the local ShalaPro installation using Chrome Native Messaging. - Does not expose the ShalaPro desktop authentication token, local database path, or unrestricted student data to Chrome. - Remains disabled when access is unavailable, revoked, outdated, or temporarily suspended. - Does not automate passwords, login, OTPs, or CAPTCHA. Requirements: - ShalaPro for Windows must be installed and running. - The user must sign in to ShalaPro and select an authorized school. - Browser Assistant access must be enabled for that school. Portal-assisted workflows are available only when explicitly enabled and supported.
