SFCC Copilot

SFCC Copilot brings AI directly into Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager. Instead of navigating through multiple forms and menus, simply describe what you want to create — the extension handles everything via OCAPI. KEY FEATURES - Natural language input — describe promotions the way you'd explain them to a colleague - Instant creation — campaign, promotion, customer group, and coupon created and linked in one action - Smart coupon handling — detects conflicts with Everyone customer groups before they happen - Record lookup — get details of any promotion or campaign by ID without opening BM forms - Local credentials — your SFCC API credentials are stored only in your browser, never on external servers - Works with any SFCC instance — compatible with any sandbox or production environment running OCAPI Data API v24+ HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the Copilot panel inside Business Manager 2. Describe your promotion in plain language 3. Review the preview and confirm 4.
