The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Set New Tab URL

This extension allows you to set a custom URL that will be used whenever you open new tab. I want to be able to set a chrome new tab to a specific URL for work but don't want to use some random extension. Goal is to have a super simple extension that security won't get mad about.
