ServiceM8 Dashboard Tabs adds workflow controls to the ServiceM8 web app and job cards. WHAT IT DOES • Dispatch Board tabs: Reports, Timesheets, Revenue, Pipelines, Diagrams, Post Queue, and Schedule Board • Job Documents: open a job card’s Documents icon to create an invoice PDF in the ServiceM8 job diary. A Download button beside each listed document downloads that file through Chrome to the browser’s configured download location. • Real ServiceM8 API Tasks: list, create, sort, filter, and delete tasks (optional in Settings) • Pipelines: named programmes per customer with properties, jobs, task swimlanes, stages, planning, bulk moves, and optional AI • Proposal tools: copy/paste sections and spelling support • Post Queue: schedule completed jobs for a target invoice date • Diagrams: draw trade diagrams and save/load them to a job • Staff Docs: track licences and certificates (optional paid feature) • Job helpers: email contacts, rich email editor, recurrence, reminders, and payment timing • Optional BYOK AI Copilot for search, navigation help, spelling, and confirmed field fills • Turn features on or off independently in Settings HOW TO USE 1. Install the extension and open Options/Settings. 2. Choose Connect with ServiceM8 and complete Extended OAuth consent. 3. Sign in to ServiceM8 at go.servicem8.com. 4. Open Dispatch Board and enable the tabs/tools you want in Settings. 5. To create or download job documents, open a job card, select its Documents icon, then choose Create invoice or Download beside a document. PRIVACY The extension uses ServiceM8 Extended OAuth and accesses account/job data only to provide enabled features. Invoice and job documents can contain personal and financial information. Optional cloud features sync user-created data through Firebase. Optional AI sends the relevant content for your request to OpenRouter and the selected model provider.
