SendSure QA

SFMC Email QA helps email marketers, developers, and QA teams review Salesforce Marketing Cloud email HTML directly from Chrome. The extension captures email HTML from supported SFMC pages and runs automated quality checks for common email issues, including broken structure, accessibility concerns, layout risks, dark mode problems, merge tag issues, link problems, image dimension checks, rendering profile concerns, and compliance warnings. Key features: • Capture email HTML from Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages • Run deterministic QA checks from the extension popup • Review critical, warning, and informational findings • Check layout, accessibility, links, dark mode, merge tags, and compliance rules • Export QA results as Markdown or JSON • Gmail clipping detection — warns when your email exceeds Gmail's 102 KB limit and shows a breakdown of what's eating the most space (base64 images, inline styles, AMPscript, HTML comments) • Multi-language spell check — run spell checking in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, and Danish based on your selected compliance language packs SFMC Email QA is designed for teams who want faster, more consistent pre-send review of email campaigns inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
