The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Selah
Selah is a Hebrew word found in the Psalms, often translated as "pause and reflect."
Every new tab shows a randomly chosen image from a collection of photographs, each with a contemplative quote composed into the image.
