Search Browser History: Keep & Find Old Pages

Search browser history beyond 90 days with a local archive of pages you visit. Start with the history Chrome still has, then keep future visits searchable. Search titles and URLs free; optional page-text search costs $4.99 once. This does not recover already-deleted history without a backup. Import an existing archive or compatible Google Takeout Browser History JSON file to add older records. Search by a word in the title or URL. Use a quoted phrase when you remember the exact wording, or narrow your results to a website or date range. Open the extension with Alt+H and use the arrow keys and Enter to return to a page. FIND A PAGE YOU VISITED WEEKS AGO Remember a topic but not the address? Enter words you remember, then narrow the saved archive by site or approximate dates. Each result shows its first/latest recorded visits, why it matched, and whether page text was captured. For example, search "climate" and a remembered research site to narrow saved reports. Free search covers saved titles and addresses. A paid licence searches captured page text. Date filters match recorded visit intervals, not every visit in between. This cannot recover deleted history without an existing backup. OPTIONAL PAGE-TEXT SEARCH A $4.99 one-time licence adds search inside page text. Activate your licence and allow page access once; text is captured as you browse, including when visible content changes. Form fields, editable areas and hidden content are skipped. Version 1.0.4 adds optional automatic indexing of older public pages. When version 1.0.4 is installed, enable it once in Settings. The extension retrieves eligible saved addresses directly from their websites without login cookies, page scripts or hidden website tabs. It starts with recent visits, shows progress and resumes after Chrome restarts. It retrieves current content, not a historical snapshot. Deleted pages, login-only content and some addresses cannot be retrieved. Daily limits keep this background work bounded; it continues automatically. This feature requires supported Chrome 142 or later. The checkout shows the final total and applicable tax before payment. LOCAL AND PRIVATE Your archive, saved text and searches stay in your Chrome profile and are not uploaded to Small Helpers or used for advertising. Optional older-page retrieval sends saved addresses to their original websites; those sites receive ordinary request information, including your IP address. There are no analytics in the extension and no account with us to create. Licence activation and validation use our licence service; those requests contain no browsing data. WHAT TO EXPECT On installation, the extension imports the history Chrome still has. It cannot recover history already deleted unless you have a backup to import. The archive contains one record per URL, not a log of every visit. Date filters match the interval between a page's first and latest recorded visit. With deletion mirroring enabled, deleting Chrome history removes recent archive entries too. Entries last visited more than 80 days ago are kept because Chrome does not distinguish expiry from manual deletion. To remove everything, use Delete the entire archive in Settings. Incognito browsing is not recorded. Start with a word you remember. Keep the pages you may need again.
