The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Scrollbar Restore

Scrollbar Restore brings back a clean, usable scrollbar on websites that hide the native one - and lets you style it your way. • Off by default - turn it on only for the sites you want, from the popup • Adjustable width (10–30px) • Custom thumb & track colors per site (or auto-match the page theme) • Auto-hide when you're not scrolling (optional) • Works on sidebars, chat panels and horizontal scroll areas • "Replace" mode restyles the site's own scrollbars to match • Zero data collection — everything stays on your device • Available in 16 languages
