About SCREENish Time Tracker

SCREENish Time Tracker is the official Chrome extension for SCREENish (www.screenish.com), built for teams on Chromebooks and anywhere the desktop app can't be installed. HOW IT WORKS • Log in with your SCREENish employee account and pick the project you're working on. • Press Start and choose which screen to share in Chrome's own dialog. The choice is yours. • While you track, the extension records one screenshot per minute and reports your work time to your employer's SCREENish dashboard every 10 minutes. • Press Stop (or end the share) and tracking stops instantly. The extension has no access to your screen when you're not tracking. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • You choose what's shared: only the screen you pick, only while tracking. • No keystroke logging, no mouse recording, no browsing history. Activity levels are derived purely from whether the computer is in use. • Screenshots and unreported time are encrypted on your device until they're uploaded. • Everything you record is visible to you in your own dashboard, and screenshots are automatically deleted 3 months after capture. BUILT-IN TEAM HUDDLE • See who on your team is online, chat 1:1, and start voice or video calls in one click. • Calls are never recorded.
