Screen Space Defacer

Screen Space Defacer is a browser extension that lets you physically interact with elements on any webpage instead of passively scrolling past them. Pick from a toolkit of destructive actions — squish, shatter, slice, stamp, or fudge any element on the page. Aimed at ads, banners, and the other commercial clutter that fills the modern web, the Defacer turns one-way demands for your attention into surfaces you can touch, mark, and wear down. Built for fidgeters, doodlers, and anyone who has ever found the internet a little too much to just sit with. No tracking. No data collection. Just a small, repeatable way to scratch back.
