Score Shield - ESPN Blocker

Automatically blur scores, headlines, and game highlights for specific teams on ESPN to prevent spoilers. Don't let a headline ruin the game you recorded. Score Shield allows you to browse ESPN.com without fear of spoilers. Whether you are recording the game to watch later or just missed the start, Score Shield ensures you don't accidentally see the final score or a spoiler-heavy headline. How it works: Block Your Team: Enter the name of the team you want to protect (e.g., "Penn State", "Chiefs", "Lakers"). Smart Blurring: The extension automatically detects game cards, scoreboard rows, and headlines featuring your team and applies a heavy blur to them. Hover to Reveal: Need to check the score? Simply hover your mouse over the blurred area to temporarily reveal the content. Key Features: Intelligent Shielding: Uses smart logic to blur only the specific game card or headline, keeping the rest of the site readable. Safety Curtain: On fresh installs, a full-screen safety curtain prevents you from seeing anything until you have configured your blocked teams. Multi-Sport Support: Works for NFL, CFB, NBA, Soccer, and more on ESPN.com. Instant Toggle: Easily turn the shield on or off from the browser menu. Perfect for cord-cutters, DVR users, and fans watching on a delay. Note: This extension is not affiliated with ESPN.
