The School On Web Chrome Extension is designed to simplify and automate key tasks for schools using the School On Web ERP application, specifically when working with the Banglar Shiksha portal. This extension helps schools save time, minimize manual effort, and ensure data accuracy by seamlessly transferring data between the two platforms. Managing student data, images, and marks across systems can be time-consuming and prone to human error. This extension eliminates those challenges by automating repetitive tasks, allowing schools to focus on what matters most — student learning and administration. Key Features: Student Data Population: The extension automatically fetches student data from the Banglar Shiksha portal and fills it into the School On Web ERP. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, saving significant time and reducing errors. Schools can quickly get student details organized and ready to use within their ERP. Bulk Student Image Upload: Uploading student images individually can be a tedious process. The extension streamlines this by allowing bulk image uploads from the Banglar Shiksha portal to School On Web. This feature ensures that student profiles are complete with minimal manual intervention, saving countless hours of administrative work. Marks Management and Sync: Schools often face the challenge of entering student marks separately into multiple systems. The extension makes this easier by updating marks entered in School On Web directly to the Banglar Shiksha portal in bulk, class-wise. It supports various mark types, including: Formative Marks Summative Marks LPCD (Learning Perspective of Cognitive Domain) BCO (Behavioral Cognitive Outcome) DPLS (Development of Personality and Life Skills) This feature reduces manual effort and ensures timely and accurate submission of student results. Secure Access for School On Web Users: The extension is exclusively available for verified School On Web users. It features automatic authentication to ensure only authorized users can access and utilize its functionalities. This enhances data security and ensures the extension is used by the intended audience.
