The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About SaveTabs

SaveTabs lets you save your current browser tabs as a session and restore them later. • Save all currently open tabs as a session. • Restore a saved session whenever you need it. • Delete sessions you no longer need. SaveTabs is useful when you need to close your browser or switch tasks but want to continue where you left off later. Your saved sessions are stored locally in your browser.
