About Save Image As Type – PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF & SVG

Save Image As Type gives you control over how images from the web are downloaded. Right-click an image, choose PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF, SVG or the original format, and save it without using external converters. Choose the workflow that fits your needs: - Ask every time to adjust the file name, format and image quality before downloading. - Download immediately using your saved quality settings. - Export images to PDF for printing, sharing or documentation. - Save raster images as self-contained SVG files. - Keep the original format when conversion is unnecessary. - The extension is useful for designers, developers, marketers, researchers and anyone tired of receiving WebP files when PNG or JPG is required. All image processing happens locally inside your Chromium browser. Images are never uploaded to third-party servers. There are no accounts, subscriptions, analytics or tracking. Save Image As Type works with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Yandex Browser and other Chromium browsers supporting Manifest V3.
