Salon Bookings Sync

Salon Bookings Sync is for the reception computer in a hair or beauty salon. While Treatwell Connect is open and logged in as usual, it reads today's bookings straight from the calendar page and keeps a tidy list of them: the time, the client, the service, the stylist and the price. It refreshes on its own every few minutes, so the list stays right even when nobody touches it. If you run salon software of your own, it can send the day over as well, so reception does not type every booking in twice. WHAT IT DOES - Today's bookings, grouped by stylist, with who has still to come - Marks the ones Treatwell has recorded as a no-show - Refreshes by itself; says plainly when Connect has been logged out - Sends the day to your salon software, and re-sends if anything changes - Leaves chosen staff off the till while still showing their bookings - Works offline: the last list stays until it can read a fresh one HOW IT READS THE BOOKINGS Treatwell does not give individual salons an API, so the extension uses what the Connect calendar itself loads in your logged-in browser. It only ever reads. It never changes a booking, never sees or stores your Treatwell password, and makes one small request per refresh. WHAT YOU NEED A Treatwell Connect login, and the calendar open in a tab. Sending to salon software is optional — leave the address blank and it just shows you the list.
