The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Salesforce Status Helper

Salesforce Status Helper keeps your Omni-Channel status on your shift, keeps your Genesys queue in step with it, and warns you before a case breaches its SLA. OMNI-CHANNEL • Available during your queue hours, Backlog for the rest of your shift, Offline after it. • Choose the days you work. Overnight shifts are supported. • Checks your status every 15 seconds and puts it back if it drifts. • Never interrupts a case: if your queue ends while you're on one, the change lands when you close it. • Prefer to set it yourself? Turn the schedule off and choose Available, Backlog or Off in the popup. SLA ALERTS • Counts down every case's milestone: amber at 30 minutes, red at 10. • Chimes at 10, 5 and 2 minutes, even if you haven't touched the Salesforce tab. • Click the countdown to open the case and silence the rest. Overdue cases never chime. • Mute silences everything except New, whose first response SLA always sorts first. • Timers refresh on their own every two hours, or any time with Pull timers now. MY CASES • Live counts of your open cases by status. Click a status to list its cases, then click a case to open it without reloading the page. GENESYS • Available in Omni-Channel puts you On Queue in Genesys; anything else, Off Queue. Only the queue switch is touched, never your presence. • Works with the Genesys tab in the background, and tells you during your shift if no Genesys tab is open. • Or switch to Manual and set the queue yourself. NOTES • Works on .salesforce.com and .force.com. • Timers cover the cases the extension has read: ones you opened, or ones a refresh picked up. • If Omni-Channel loses its connection, the extension tells you to refresh the page. TROUBLESHOOTING • Press F12 on the Salesforce tab and filter the console on SFSH. Chime messages appear in the extension's own console: open chrome://extensions and click "service worker" under Salesforce Status Helper. • Chime but no desktop notification? Check Windows notification settings and Focus Assist for Chrome.
