The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Rosewash
Give everyday websites a calmer, more consistent appearance with Rosewash. Apply soft light and dark palettes to page backgrounds, text, and borders, with Rose Pine as the default.
MAKE THE WEB YOUR OWN
• Choose from 28 theme families, including Rose Pine, Catppuccin, Gruvbox, Nord, Tokyo Night, Solarized, and Dracula.
• Pick separate palettes for light and dark mode, or follow your system appearance automatically.
• Optionally customize English, Chinese, native MathML, and monospace text with fonts installed on your device.
CONTROL EACH SITE
• Turn Rosewash on or off globally, or exclude individual websites.
• Toggle the current site with Alt+Shift+B (Option+Shift+B on Mac).
• Enable an optional compact layout for X with an adjustable, centered timeline.
• Enable an optional clean reading layout for Zhihu articles, questions, and the home feed.
BUILT FOR EVERYDAY BROWSING
Rosewash adjusts page colors while leaving images, videos, canvas, SVG, form controls, and code editors untouched. Custom fonts are optional and disabled by default. Preferences use your browser’s extension settings storage.
Some websites may retain parts of their original styling. Browser-protected pages, including the Chrome Web Store and chrome:// pages, cannot be themed. Local fonts must be installed on each device.
