ROLIVA Companion — Assisted job applications

ROLIVA Companion helps you finish job applications faster without giving up control. It fills the contact details you have already approved in your ROLIVA account into the application form you have open. You review every field, and you press Submit yourself. The extension never submits an application. HOW IT WORKS 1. In your ROLIVA account (rolivajobs.com), review a role, your resume and your saved answers, then download a short-lived application pack (a JSON file that expires after 30 minutes). 2. Open that job's application page on the employer's hiring site and click the ROLIVA icon. 3. Click "Inspect the current application" to check that the page is a supported application form. 4. Import the pack, confirm that you reviewed the job and your answers, and click "Fill approved contact details". 5. Check every field. While you check, the extension pauses that tab's submit buttons and network requests, so nothing can be sent by accident. 6. Click "Release protection", finish any remaining questions, and submit on the employer's site yourself. WHAT IT FILLS, AND WHAT IT LEAVES TO YOU - It fills plain text fields that match your approved answers: name, email, phone, location, profile links and the standard questions you confirmed in ROLIVA. It can also attach the resume PDF from your pack, and fill a cover letter box when your pack includes a cover letter. - It never fills gender, race, ethnicity, veteran, disability or sexual-orientation questions, and it leaves dropdowns, date pickers and custom widgets alone. - It stops and hands the page back to you when it finds a sign-in form, a CAPTCHA or a closed job. - It only works on the exact job link in your pack. If the tab shows a different job, it refuses to fill. WHERE IT WORKS It works on the application forms of several widely used applicant-tracking systems. The extension shows whether the page you are on is supported, and some sites are marked beta: on those, check every filled field carefully. If an employer asks you to sign in to its own site first, you do that yourself, because the extension never handles passwords. PRIVACY - The extension runs only when you click it, and only on the tab you are using. It has no access to any other website and does not run in the background on the pages you visit. - Your pack stays in memory while the popup is open. The extension stores nothing, and it sends nothing to ROLIVA or to anyone else. Your details reach the employer only when you submit their form yourself. - No passwords, cookies or browsing history are collected.
