RoleInbox fills job applications from your RoleInbox profile, in your own browser tab. You review every answer and press Submit yourself. How it works Open a Greenhouse or Ashby job posting and open the RoleInbox side panel. Press Prepare application. RoleInbox reads the form on the page and prepares answers from the career facts you approved on roleinbox.com. Questions it cannot answer from your facts are handed to you in the panel. Answer them there or on the page, or draft a reply with AI and check every line before you save it. Press Fill this page. The form is filled in your tab, and RoleInbox reads each field back and tells you which ones still need you. Review the page and press Submit application. RoleInbox records a receipt of what was sent. What it does not do It does not submit anything without your press. It does not invent qualifications or work history. Answers come from facts you approved. It does not read pages other than the job pages you open it on. You need a RoleInbox account (roleinbox.com). Sign in with Google from the panel.
