The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About RoboHead for Gmail
RoboHead for Gmail connects Gmail directly to your RoboHead project management account, eliminating the manual work of copying email content into project notes and requests.
What it does
Save emails as project notes
With one click, save any email — or an entire reply thread — to a RoboHead project as a structured note. The extension detects reply chains and gives you the option to save each message individually as nested thread notes, append to an existing RoboHead thread that matches the email subject, or save only the current message. No more switching tabs or copy-pasting.
Create project requests from emails
Select "As Request" to let AI extract the key details from the email — project type, deliverables, due date, and custom fields — and pre-populate a new RoboHead request form. Review and edit each field inline before submitting. The AI also asks targeted follow-up questions to fill in anything that wasn't clear from the email.
Key features
• One-click save of emails and reply threads as RoboHead project notes
• Smart thread detection: match against existing RoboHead threads and offer to append
• AI-powered request creation with inline field editing (date pickers, dropdowns, checkboxes)
