The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Rinly – App Store & Google Play Localization
Rinly helps app developers write, translate, and reuse “What’s New” release notes — then fills the draft fields in App Store Connect or Google Play Console for you.
WHAT RINLY DOES
• Keeps release notes and their translations organized by project, platform, version, and language.
• Translates a release note into every store language you support, in one click.
• Lets you review and edit every translation before it goes anywhere.
• Fills App Store Connect locale fields or a Google Play tagged-language field when you click Apply — you still review, save, and submit.
• Recognizes which app and version you have open in App Store Connect or Google Play Console, so the matching project is preselected.
AI AND YOUR DATA
Rinly needs a Rinly account. Translation is powered by OpenAI and runs only when you click “Translate to all languages”: your release-note text and chosen target languages are sent to OpenAI through Rinly, and the results are saved to your Rinly project. AI output can be inaccurate — review it before publishing.
On App Store Connect and Google Play Console, Rinly reads the page you have open to identify the app, version, and configured locales. It ignores every other site, never reads your Apple or Google credentials, and never submits or publishes a release on your behalf.
