Install the extension and add your own API key (Anthropic or OpenAI). 2. Open Booking.com or Google Reviews where your property's reviews appear. 3. Click the "AI Reply" button that appears next to each review. 4. Click "Insert" to drop the response straight into the platform's native reply box — or use "Copy" if you want to edit it first. You bring your own API key — the extension never stores or transmits your key anywhere except directly to the AI provider you choose.
