The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Return Facebook Likes

Bring back the reaction counts on Facebook website. Recent FB updates hide numeric reaction counts on comments (so now you have to hover over to see them) making it difficult to gauge the post engagement. This extension brings those numbers back! It is OPEN SOURCE, simple, fully local, and has zero tracking, zero telemetry, and no dependencies. Source code available on Github.
