Resume Collector for Hiring by SiftFirst

Hiring without an ATS means candidates arrive everywhere: job-board profiles, emailed resumes, LinkedIn pages, agency PDFs open in a tab. The SiftFirst extension turns that browsing into a shortlist. COLLECT WHILE YOU BROWSE Open the side panel and grab a candidate three ways: collect your text selection, click a block with the element picker, or take the page's readable text in one press. Right-click works too: "Collect selection with Sift" from any page. Every capture keeps its source link and an editable name, and combine mode merges several captures into one profile. SAVE INTO A REAL SCREENING Send the pile to your SiftFirst account: add candidates to an existing screening or start a new list. In the app, one click scores the new candidates against the criteria YOU set, with a quoted line of evidence behind every score. No auto-reject, ever: SiftFirst ranks and explains, you decide. BUILT FOR SMALL TEAMS DROWNING IN APPLICATIONS Job posts pull 200+ applications, most of them AI-written. SiftFirst is the transparent screening assistant for owners and small teams with no HR department: paste or collect the pile, set the rubric, get an explainable shortlist in minutes. The free demo needs no signup: siftfirst.com PRIVACY, PLAINLY The extension reads a page only when you trigger it, keeps your unsaved pile on your device, sends saved candidates only to your own SiftFirst account, and contains no trackers, analytics, or ads.
