The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About ResiDesk
ResiDesk is the AI operations and intelligence platform for multifamily.
Use ResiDesk without leaving your property management software. The Chrome extension opens a side panel where site teams can review tasks and respond to resident or prospect issues, while asset managers can check property and portfolio reports.
Sign in with your existing ResiDesk account. You'll have the same access to Tasks or Insights as you do in the web app, with a link to open the full app when you need more space.
Find a task related to the page you're viewing
After the setup notice, click the ResiDesk toolbar icon on a resident or unit page and open Tasks. ResiDesk looks for a resident or prospect name, or a property and unit, that matches an open task you can access. One clear match opens that task with an Undo option. With no match, several matches, or incomplete information, your task list stays open.
The extension does not change your property management software. Replies in ResiDesk follow your existing account permissions.
How page capture handles data
Tasks captures page text and HTML. ResiDesk saves the HTML on its servers to improve task matching, even when no task matches. HTML can contain resident names, unit details, messages, links, hidden content, and values stored in page markup. Capture is limited to 32,000 text characters and 256,000 HTML characters. The extension does not enter embedded documents, take screenshots, or read browsing history.
Saved HTML expires after 30 days and is removed by an hourly cleanup. It is stored separately from general activity logs and is not sent to a third-party AI service. Activity logs record matching results and Undo actions.
Opening Insights alone does not capture page content. Closing Tasks stops new capture requests. You can use the regular ResiDesk website without extension page capture.
The panel refreshes after sign-in or sign-out. Extension code checks only the names and domain of changed ResiDesk session cookies. It does not use, store, or send cookie values.
A ResiDesk account is required.
