Reserve Time

Reserve Time helps you time activities, save sessions, and put your hours into reports or forms you upload. TIMERS AND SESSIONS Start, pause, resume, and stop a stopwatch from the toolbar. Add descriptions to completed sessions or enter missed time manually. Sessions keep their recorded start, end, duration, and time zones. Choose a 12- or 24-hour clock display. PLAN TIMED TASKS Set a countdown or plan a day of task blocks. Choose automatic or manual starts, save named schedules, and decide which tasks enter your session log. Keep personal activities out of reported hours. A per-task option lets the timer keep running after its goal. Open Focus for a full-tab timer with the current task, progress, next task, and pause/end controls. Goal alerts include a toolbar indicator and an alert in an open Focus tab. Desktop notifications and opening the popup at the goal are optional and off until you enable them. Chrome asks for notification permission only when you turn that option on. REPORT YOUR TIME Select the sessions to include, then export a flattened PDF time report, an Excel workbook (.xlsx), or plain text. PDF reports list each session's date, start, end, duration, description, and totals. Confirm a completed download to archive the selected sessions and record it in History. Archived groups can be downloaded again. History status markers are for your own tracking. USE YOUR OWN FORMS Add a fillable PDF and map its fields to saved profile details, selected sessions, dates, totals, fixed text, or an answer entered at export. Review field suggestions and preview the result before downloading. No stock forms are included. PDF scripts, links, attachments, and filled-in values are removed before a cleaned form is kept. Visible source text can remain, so inspect the document before sharing. SSN-style fields stay blank for completion outside Reserve Time. Form templates can be shared manually between devices. Up to 50 forms, 10 MB each; encrypted PDFs are refused. YOUR DATA No account, sign-in, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or telemetry. Timer data, sessions, descriptions, History, saved profile details, and forms stay in this Chrome profile. Reports and filled forms are generated on your device. Downloaded files are unencrypted copies you control; Reserve Time cannot erase them. Required permissions are storage for saved app data and alarms for timer goals and task boundaries. Notifications is optional. There are no host permissions, and the extension cannot read webpages. Time zones come from your computer settings; no location permission is requested. Descriptions are limited to 200 characters, and SSN-style values are rejected. Clear sessions keeps History; Erase data on this device removes the app's saved data after confirmation.
