ReplyKit – Canned Replies & Text Shortcuts

Stop typing the same messages over and over. Save your replies once and give each one a short shortcut like ;thanks. Type the shortcut in an email, ticket or chat box and your whole reply appears straight away. Great for support teams, sales, recruiters, office managers and freelancers: anyone who sends the same messages every day. Built by a service desk analyst who got tired of typing the same replies. HOW IT WORKS • Type ;thanks and your full "thanks for getting in touch" reply appears • Works in web-based email, help desks, CRMs and chat tools in Chrome (not in desktop apps, or in Google Docs) • Press Ctrl+Z straight after to undo an expansion • Turn it off at any time from the toolbar button FREE • Up to 10 saved replies • Shortcuts in any text box you type in • Search your replies from the toolbar and click to copy • Back up and restore your replies PRO – £5 a month, or TEAM – 5 seats for £20 a month (10 seats £40) • Unlimited replies • Fill-in fields: add {{name}}, {{company}} or {{ticket number}} to a reply and you're asked for them when it expands. {{date}} and {{time}} fill themselves in. • Folders to keep large sets of replies organised • Import a shared file, so a whole team uses the same set of replies • One licence key for the whole team, with a seat for each person PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your replies are stored only on your computer.
