RekPal — Recruitment Sidekick

RekPal sits beside Ashby, in a side panel, and answers the questions a recruiting team has after an onsite interview. WHO STILL OWES A SCORECARD One countdown per candidate, not one per interview. See who has not filed, how late they are, and how many scorecards each interviewer owes. A reminder is drafted for each person, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. WHETHER THE PANEL AGREED Every interviewer's scores side by side, grouped by round, with the points where the panel agreed or split. Where the scorecards carry per-skill scores, the skills and sections match your Ashby form. HOW CANDIDATES COMPARE Candidates ranked within a role. Anyone who cannot be fairly compared is shown as incomplete rather than given a rank they did not earn. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT Forward, decline or still waiting, with a decision email drafted from the evidence on file for a person to review and send. Ashby stays the system of record. RekPal reads from it and never writes your candidate data back. Sign in with your RekPal account. Your recruiting data is held on RekPal-operated infrastructure.
