The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Reddit Scroll Unlocker

Reddit recently introduced a feature that requires you to log in after a minute to continue scrolling content. This extension removes that and allows freedom to scroll. Also re-introduces the hamburger in the top left as that was removed and replaced with a log in feature too.
