The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Reddit Scraper - Posts & Comments Exporter
🔥 Reddit scraper & exporter — scrape and export Reddit posts and comments in bulk: posts from subreddit pages or keyword searches; comments and nested replies from entire threads. No coding and no Reddit API key required. Export Reddit data to Excel (XLSX) / CSV / JSON in one click — the easiest Reddit to Excel exporter for sentiment analysis, social listening, competitor research, product research, and content marketing.
【KEY FEATURES】
✦ Bulk Subreddit & Search Scraper
Collect posts from multiple subreddit pages (reddit.com/r/...) or Reddit search result URLs (site-wide or within a subreddit) at once, saving the time cost of manual pagination — a real time-saver for bulk-exporting subreddit posts.
✦ Reddit Post Exporter — Rich Fields
The extension paginates through every listing in background tabs using your own browser session, with human-like random delays between requests. Live fetched counts and per-link status (running / waiting / paused / completed) are shown, with clear error reasons. Post export fields: Post ID, Title, URL, Date, and Comment count — an ideal data source for Reddit trend tracking and subreddit analytics.
✦ Reddit Comment Scraper & Downloader
Collect comments from multiple post comment-page links at once. The extension auto-paginates through all comments and nested replies on each post, and the ParentId / PostId fields preserve how every reply links to its parent comment and source post, so the full thread hierarchy can be reconstructed.
✦ Rich Comment Fields
Export complete Reddit comment data: Comment ID, Comment URL, Author name, Author profile URL, Content, Date, Like count, Dislike count, Unvoted count, Parent comment ID, Post ID, Post title, and Post URL — everything you need for Reddit sentiment analysis, VOC (voice of customer) summaries, and competitor research.
✦ Adjustable Per-Link Limits
Set a "max per link" cap for posts and comments independently (default 1000; set 0 for unlimited scraping) — start with small test batches or scrape everything available.
✦ Resume From Breakpoint
Progress and fetched data are saved locally in your browser (IndexedDB) in real time. Pause, resume, or restart anytime; even if the page is closed or a job is interrupted, nothing already scraped is lost — just run again and it continues from where it stopped, with no duplicate work.
✦ Full Queue Control
Run / pause / delete per link, or run all, pause all, bulk delete, and bulk export. A stall-protection guard stops a link automatically after several consecutive empty pages, avoiding wasted requests.
✦ Export Reddit to Excel / CSV / JSON
Download scraped Reddit posts and comments as XLSX (Excel), CSV, or JSON. Select multiple links to merge their data into one spreadsheet — ready for pivot tables, translation, word-frequency analysis, sentiment analysis, or AI summaries with ChatGPT / Claude.
✦ Local-First & Private
All scraped Reddit data is stored in your browser's local storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and you can clear your data anytime.

【NOTES】
⚠️ Warning: High-frequency comment scraping can easily trigger Reddit's rate limits (HTTP 429) or account restrictions, so please use it responsibly and comply with Reddit's terms. The extension paces pagination automatically, but whether a limit is triggered depends on Reddit's holistic judgment of factors such as account standing, logged-in session duration, browser and device environment, and operation frequency — there is no universal safe number. When in doubt, start with small batches, then ramp up gradually day by day once things are stable.
Also note that Reddit caps listing pagination itself (roughly 1,000 items per listing), so very large subreddits or broad search results cannot be fetched beyond that cap — this is a platform limitation.
Reddit updates its pages from time to time, which in rare cases may temporarily affect scraping. If posts or comments fail to load or exports look off, try: ① updating the extension to the latest version; ② refreshing the Reddit page and signing in again. If the issue persists, email us via the in-extension button with the link and a screenshot — we follow up and ship fixes quickly.
