Recrumio helps recruiters go from job post to pitch in one click. Open a job post on most job boards or company career pages, then click Recrumio: Score your candidates. Every active candidate gets a match score with strengths and gaps. You set your own match threshold. Find the hiring contact. Recrumio finds the hiring manager or recruiter, the company's email format, and a confidence level for each address. Draft a 3-email pitch. The first email leads with your candidate's strongest win and states their pay upfront. Two follow-ups are scheduled for later. Send from your own Gmail. Each email opens as a pre-filled Gmail draft. You review it and send it yourself. Track every pitch. A built-in CRM tracks status and follow-up dates, reminds you when follow-ups are due, and exports to CSV. Add candidates by uploading a resume (PDF, Word, or text). Recrumio fills in their details, and you add their desired title, location, and pay. Recrumio only reads the page you're viewing, and only when you click. It does not run in the background or visit other pages.
