recrmio – Real Estate CRM

recrmio is the browser companion for RealEstateCRM.io. It puts your CRM in Chrome's side panel, so you can work with leads, contacts and properties on the pages where your day actually happens: your inbox, your chats, property portals and social networks. Know who's emailing you Open an email in Gmail or Outlook and recrmio shows whether the sender is already a lead or contact in your CRM, with a link straight to their record. Turn an email or chat into a lead in one click AI reads the open email or WhatsApp chat and prepares a new lead, contact or task: name, phone, email, budget, location and what they are looking for. You review and edit every field before anything is saved. Fill portal listings from your CRM On a property portal or classifieds listing form, pick a property from your CRM and recrmio fills the form for you. You see every value first and can untick or change it. recrmio never submits a form: you check the page and publish it yourself. Check and improve your listings Get a quick review of a listing title and description: missing permit or RERA number, missing price or size, spelling, and a clearer rewritten version you can apply to the page in one click. Write social posts for any property Generate a ready-to-post caption with hashtags from a CRM property, adapted to the social network you are posting on, and insert it into the post you are writing. Capture anything else Save the current page, a text selection or a screenshot into your CRM from the side panel, the right-click menu or a keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+C). On an unfamiliar page, "What can I do here?" suggests the right action. Private by design • Nothing is read in the background: recrmio only reads a page when you open it there or click an action. • Sites other than your webmail and WhatsApp Web are only accessed after you click the extension, or after you choose "Always allow" for that site. You can revoke sites at any time in Settings. • Data goes only to your own RealEstateCRM.io account. It is never sold or used for advertising. Requirements A RealEstateCRM.io account.
