The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Recol: Instant Recall

Bookmarks are useless after a week. Recol fixes that. Recol lets you save and find anything instantly; without leaving your tab. Instead of digging through folders or forgetting why you saved something, you can: Save links instantly with a shortcut (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + S) Search everything in seconds (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + L) Organize with collections only when you need it Import/export your existing bookmarks (no starting over) Keep everything local — no accounts, no tracking Built for speed. No tabs, no clutter, no friction. Works on most websites (not Chrome internal pages).
