Sent it to the wrong person? Attached the wrong file? With Recall24 you have 24 hours to take it back. Recall24 adds a "Send with Recall24" button next to Gmail's Send button. Your recipient gets a normal email from your own address, with a secure link to your message and files. Until you recall it, they read it as usual. If something was wrong, recall access in one click and the link no longer opens the text or the files. HOW IT WORKS - Write in Gmail as you always do. - Click "Send with Recall24" instead of Send. The email goes out from your own address and stays in your Sent folder. - See in your Recall24 dashboard whether it was opened, and how much time is left. - Made a mistake? Click Recall. Access to the message and attachments is closed. - After 24 hours, access expires automatically. YOU DECIDE WHEN IT IS USED In your Recall24 dashboard you choose how Recall24 works: - Only when you click the button - Ask me when I write to someone outside my company - Ask me for every email - Protect every email to people outside my company automatically GOOD TO KNOW - Recipients don't need to install anything. - Recall24 closes access to the content behind the link. It cannot remove an email from another person's inbox, and it cannot undo something a recipient already copied or saved while they had access. - Recall24 only reads an email when you send it with Recall24.
