RC CC - Pause and Resume

Masking CC information during call recording for call center agents. When agents are on the window that requires credit card entry, call recording will pause. This is to remove as much private information as possible to limit what needs to be scrubbed from calls after recording. This Application was only designed for use at Alterra Mountain Company.
