The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Random Picker

Randomly picks a commenter from a Youtube page. All the commenters have equally great possibility to be picked up regardless how many comments they have made. Limitations: - Only comments that are visible on the page (scrolled down) are taken into account. - Those commenters that have only responded to other comments are ignored. - You have to make a page refresh to make to button visible. It does not become visible, when moving around inside Youtube.
