The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Quick Reader

Quick Reader converts any public website into bionic format, which alters texts so that the most concise parts of words are highlighted. This guides the eye over the text and the brain remembers previously learned words more quickly. This facilitates faster, more accessible reading, especially for neurodiverse audiences. Note that this extension currently don't support any kind of locally uploaded content, such as pdfs. If you have any questions or comments or simply want to see how this extension works, please take a look at Quick Reader's github repo: https://github.com/c23mj/quick_reader
