About Quick Approve PR

Ever wanted to LGTM a GitHub pull request but you had to click too many buttons? Fret not. This extension adds a handy Approve (and Request Changes) button right on the GitHub PR Conversations page so you don't have to navigate to the "Files Changed" tab anymore. Also supports a Focused Review setting, where you can specify filename patterns to ignore for PR reviews (say, .bin files, lock files etc) and they automatically become collapsed in the GitHub PR UI (and get excluded from the total line counts in the PR stats!)
