The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Quick Add Bookmark

Replaces Chrome's built-in bookmark dialog with one more streamlined. No simplified dropdown. You get the full folder tree immediately, and can search folders immediately by typing. Use the Alt + Shift + D hotkey to add / edit a bookmark, or override the default shortcut to Shift + D in the "Keyboard shortcuts" section under "chrome://extensions/shortcuts".
