QueryWin

QueryWin fills directory and launch-platform submission forms from your product profile, right in Chrome's side panel. You review every form and submit it yourself. QueryWin is a product promotion workspace. This extension is its browser side: it picks up the submission tasks prepared in QueryWin and helps you complete them on each site. How it works • Reads the submission form on the open page and matches each field to your product profile: name, tagline, descriptions, website, pricing, categories, contact email, logo and images. • Rules match most fields at no cost. AI matching for the remaining fields is optional, either hosted by QueryWin or with your own OpenAI key. • Before filling, it lists the fields it will fill and asks you to confirm. You then review the form on the page and press submit yourself. • Recommends channels that fit your product, and tells you when the site you are on is already in your channel library. • For community posts and pitch emails, it fills the post form or opens a draft in your own Gmail, Outlook or mail app. You send it. • Records each result (submitted, live, waiting on you) in QueryWin, where live listings are checked automatically. What it never does • It never presses a submit button and never pays on your behalf. It stops when it detects a payment page. • It never fills or records password, verification-code or payment-card fields. • It does not ask for access to all websites. It requests access to one site at a time, when you open that site's submission page. • Your sign-ins to other sites stay in your browser. The extension holds only a device token, which you can revoke in QueryWin at any time. • Recognizing the site you are on happens inside your browser. A page address is sent to QueryWin only when you record a result for that page. Get started 1. Create a free QueryWin account at www.querywin.com and add your product. 2. Under Distribution → Browser devices, generate a pairing code. 3. Click the QueryWin icon in the Chrome toolbar and enter the code in the side panel. A free plan is available.
