The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Qualitas Recorder
Qualitas Recorder helps QA engineers and developers turn real browser usage into replayable test flows.
Instead of writing test scripts from scratch, you can record a user journey directly in Chrome, add assertions, and save a structured flow for your QA workflow.
Why install Qualitas Recorder?
- Create tests faster by capturing real interactions in minutes
- Improve replay reliability with selector fallback strategies
- Validate expected behavior during recording with built-in assertions
- Keep flow data local by default, with optional sync to Qualitas
What it captures
- Clicks, typing, form actions, and dropdown changes
- Navigation events during your journey
- Assertion steps such as visible/text/value/URL/title checks
How it works
1) Start recording from the in-page floating control
2) Perform your normal user flow and add assertions where needed
3) Stop, name, save, and manage your recorded flow in the extension
Privacy and control
- Recording is user-controlled and intended for active recording sessions
- Recorder data is stored locally in Chrome storage
- Data is sent over HTTPS only when you choose setup/sync actions with Qualitas
- Secret-like input values are masked in UI, and file upload steps store file count (not file names)
- You can disconnect setup and clear local recorder data from the extension UI
Install Qualitas Recorder to convert repetitive manual browser checks into reusable, structured QA test flows.
