Quadernio

Quadernio is a planner for college students: your courses, deadlines, classes and study time in one place, with a plan for what to do next. This extension connects Quadernio to your school's Canvas, Blackboard or Brightspace D2L, with no setup from your school and no passwords to share. How it works • Log in to Quadernio (quadernio.com) and to your Canvas, Blackboard or Brightspace D2L in Chrome. • Open Canvas, Blackboard or Brightspace D2L, click the Quadernio icon, and press Sync now. • Choose your courses. Their assignments and due dates appear in Quadernio as tasks, and the ones you've already submitted are marked done. • From Canvas, your released scores and the course's grade weights fill each course's Grades, with your grade now and what you need on the final. • Exams and quizzes on the course calendar are added too, with study time planned before them. Quadernio also reads new announcements and suggests the quizzes, exams, deadlines and cancelled classes it finds; nothing changes until you accept a suggestion. • Optional: turn on automatic sync, and your courses update whenever you open Canvas, Blackboard or Brightspace D2L (at most every 30 minutes). Private by design • Your school login never leaves your browser. The extension reads Canvas, Blackboard or Brightspace D2L in your own tab, the same way the page does. • Only your courses, assignments, due dates, submission status, your released scores and grade weights (Canvas), course calendar events and recent announcements are sent, to your own Quadernio account. Nothing else. • Quadernio's servers never contact your school's systems, and nothing is ever changed in Canvas, Blackboard or Brightspace D2L.
